Trish Hart provides energy healing services including Emotion Code, Reiki, intuitive guidance, and life coaching. Sessions may be conducted in person at 3000 United Founders Blvd, Suite 125, Oklahoma City, OK 73112, at designated locations in Colorado, or remotely via video call, phone, or email.

Energy healing, including Emotion Code, Reiki, and intuitive guidance, is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Trish Hart is not a licensed physician and does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical advice. Nothing provided during a session or on this website should be interpreted as medical diagnosis or treatment.

Trish Hart does not advise you to discontinue any medical treatment you may be receiving. These services are intended to complement, not replace, any care you are receiving from licensed healthcare providers. If you have questions or concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult your healthcare provider.

Energy healing promotes harmony and balance within, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. Individual results vary. Trish Hart makes no claims, guarantees, or promises regarding healing, recovery from illness, or specific outcomes from any session. The information provided on this website and during sessions is offered as a service and is not meant to replace any medical treatment.

Remote sessions may be conducted via video call, phone, or email. By booking a remote session, you acknowledge that you consent to receiving energy healing through your chosen format. For video and phone sessions, please ensure you are in a private, comfortable space. For email sessions, please allow time for a thoughtful response. Remote sessions carry the same terms as in-person sessions.

All sessions are strictly confidential. Your personal information and session details will not be shared with any third party. Any testimonials shared on this website or social media are used only with the express written permission of the client, on their terms of privacy. You choose how and whether you are identified. Testimonials are never required.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. To cancel or reschedule, contact Trish directly at trish@theguidedhart.com or (405) 240-9616.

Session fees are listed on the booking page at theguidedhart.com. Payment is collected at the time of booking. Packages and multi-session offerings are paid in full upon purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By using this website or booking a session, you consent in the event of a dispute or disagreement to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Oklahoma and to the exclusive use of the laws of the state of Oklahoma. For sessions conducted in Colorado, applicable Colorado state laws may also apply.

By booking a session with Trish Hart, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that Trish Hart does not diagnose or prescribe, and that energy healing is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
• I understand the nature of the services offered, including Emotion Code, Reiki, and intuitive guidance, and I freely elect to receive them.
• I understand that sessions may be conducted in person, via video call, by phone, or by email, and I consent to receiving services through my chosen format.
• I understand that individual results vary and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
• I release Trish Hart and The Guided Hart from any and all claims of malpractice, nondisclosure, or lack of informed consent.
• I have read and agree to the disclaimer, terms of service, and consent outlined on this page.
